The extent of data I'll collect from you won't go beyond your name, email address, postal address, telephone number or details about your project (see here).

Although I'll not delete your data from my records after completing a job for you, as I may work with you again in the future, I'll certainly do so on your request as long as I'm adhering to HMRC's requirement of keeping records for at least five years.
